Respecting My Own Words

My soul is infused in these words,
and my life is embodied in every poem.
My words release my feelings,
a tsunami of emotions....
Joy, remorse, love, heartbreak, hope, despair,
submerging every reader into my subconscious.
Does my soliloquy take you on a ride?
Or, has my monologue wasted your time?
These possible outcomes are nerve wrecking,
either way, I should always respect my own words.
They are my past, my present, my future,
my experience.....
They are my heartbeat, my pulse, my screams, my silence,
my song.....
They are my actions, my inactions,
the infinite possibilities of my choices,
a culmination of words personifying me,
my sculpture.
